Lisa Jansen has been a yogi for over 25 years, giving her incredible depth and experience in the bodywork arena. Lisa practices the art of Thai Massage to help bring her client's body back into balance. As a client working with Lisa, you will find that you are treated as a whole person. Lisa also practices CranioSacral Therapy, Somatic Emotional Release, and Energy Balancing. When appropriate, Lisa will utilize and blend these tools to give you the greatest benefit.
